I have received a message 2 days ago from 121 that I have activated my Voicemail + VVM. However my voicemail still shows up as traditional voicemail, having go through audio directory instead of having voicemail delivered to my iPhone. I have checked for carrier setting update in Setting>General>About and Software Update following the instructions from Digi, and also reset the network setting as suggested by Apple. Still, visual voicemail doesn't show up on my Phone>Voicemail. Any suggestions?
