Hello everyone! I've been thinking to buy an iPhone 7 from Digi. But recently, I've heard some rumours that the telco in Malaysia are selling refurbished phones to their customers. Is this true? How do I know if I am getting new, original phone or not?

The devices sold are new sealed units. Not siding on anyone, but the rumour is hard to believe. Among all the different way to obtain a new phone, getting a phone from telco is deemed risky?

Got anymore info on the rumour, such as pictures etc?
