I have some problems with using Firefox on Win 10 PC to browse Digi website.
The Digi website load properly in Firefox but I can never be able to purchase any add-on under the mydigi tab. Everytime when I clicked on complete order, the browser will not respond nor will it show the three little dots indicating pending request.
In addition, clicking on login/register button in Digi community website will only resulted in the community homepage being refreshed rather than being redirected to the Connect login page.
These two problems only exist in Firefox browser, I have no such problems when browsing with Microsoft Edge browser.
I'm not sure if this is an individual case or not, but since Firefox is a very common browser, I do Digi will fix the browser compatibility issues soon.
Any other users who used Firefox and encounter the same problems as I did? What solution have you all come up with?
