I don't think so. With the diminishing market share and lack of new Windows Phone devices (most recently is the HP RM3000+ business oriented WIndows Phone) being introduced in the market, there's currently almost no reason to introduce an app for Windows Phone users.
Although I'm eagerly looking forward for a Windows 10 app on desktop PC, my wish may be contradicted with the present of an established (yet buggy) online mydigi portal and the Windows Universal Platform feature which can easily port a desktop app to Windows Phones.
In short, Windows phones users currently will have to resort to the web version only, while hoping that Digi will somehow decided to create an app for the desktop users.
P/S: As for those who wished to run MyDigi on desktop using android simulator (BlueStack), so far I've no luck getting the app to run, if anyone has any good news, do let me know. Thanks.
