Am Curious about how good is digi protecting the consumer data because recently just registered new number with DIGI and this the number have yet to be used for any other subscriptions, and this number is not even shared to any party or any agencies, but today received a call from  insurance agents and from  other product sales agents, the questions is how do they get ur name and phone number ? So is Digi protecting consumer data well, if so how can a new number just registered and not used yet  "promoted" number are known to all this party and worst they even know ur name ? Can we as consumer act on Digi for not complying with PDPA policy ? Anyone else have the same response ?

Hi..I am digi ex-user. Recently I received a calling from  0162211800 said that she was tele marketing  and I was selected to get a better postpaid promotion from digi. The plan that she offered me is Postpaid 48 20gb with many benefit inside. After 6mths the 20gb will become 25gb. But, the end of our conversation, she want  to verified my IC number but I didn't gave her with the reason security. And she mentioned she will post the new SIMCARD with register mail and asked me to call her in this number 03-55672497 (ms Nabilah) after I really sure that was not a scam. I'm in doubt. Can I  feedback her because the plan that she offered me look attractive. HELP..

i have receive call from‭ 013 235 0603‬ n ‭013 350 5106‬ she said i have  postpaid plan that i havent pay..n that postpaid number. i doesnt knew at all..n she said i will being taking legal action for..i dont what to do i scared if this are scammer0C22C357-244E-4672-9995-D19544334742.png

Hi there, 


My mum has been recently receiving calls from a 'Digi' rep mentioning that her phone bill is overdue of a certain amount.  They would either SMS or call her (the call was from a lady).  The recent one was asking her to pay for the overdue bill of a certain amount by 21st August which was not the same as the official due date in the digi App. 


One of the numbers was 01668227131. Definitely a scam. 


How do I officially report this to Digi? The customer rep I called via the digi helpline wasn't very helpful in this.

Hi, my name  have been used to apply for a wifi. I’ve reported it and send the relevant documentation for fraud case. I’ve not receive any respond from Digi. I’ve been bombarded with sms and emails from collections to pay for the wifi. I’ve replied and forwarded the emails to help@digi and still no respond. No calls no emails, may I know what action has been taken to solve this matter, other than sending me messages to pay, pay , pay?

Hi DIGI team,


Can you guys do something about the unauthorize registration which SMS send by DIGI as below to me.


RM0.00: Successful registration. No subscription fee. Price: RM1.00/sms. MFDF sms/month. Renewal on 02/11/2019. To cancel, send stop mfdf to 36666


How come DIGI can approved for the registration without the customer consent? Any supporting doc to support the registration since it's going to be on renewal basis.


You can't just approved a registration with only  customer phone number, it's not an appropiate etique.


Frankly speaking, there are too much loop in your guys approval process.


Kindly do something about it and at the same time, please cancel the subscription.

Digi does not represent, warrant or guarantee the extent to which the customer's mobile telephone or the device will be able to access information via VAS or on the internet or elsewhere. I'm writing this to alert DIGI users.


I received a Viber call, phone display shows DIGI Company, phone no +1(902)9010228. This guy speaks good English and calling from KLIA that I won a RM200k thousand prize from Duty Free shop. I told him i never buy things from Duty Free shop. he said this is lucky draw and pick 5 out of 5000 users. I knew it is scam and just wanted to know how he scam...so I continue talking with him. He asked my Name for verification, and i tell him he should have all my info if he pick me as the winner. he continues to ask my location,  which i just mentioned  a state name, but i asked for his full name, contact number and office location. He gave me his name but contact number he said it is calling from system, and he works at KLIA. While talking half way, there was line crash and i heard someone from another line talking about this is info leaking company bla bla....I asked him who is that guy, he just said he is not working alone and with a lot of ppl in office...at last his tactic revealed by asking bank account details to bank in prize money, i just told him to send me the official notification letter if i really win the prize and i hangup the call.

I believe all these are running by sindikets and with their ppl in  each corners to leak the info...just beware!

Need your assist on below matter urgently. Previous issue was not completed and I'm unable to find Digi_Tata to resolve this matters.


My credit was deducted without my authorization.  Pls refund my credit and cancel the subscription which suppose has been cancelled previously by Digi_Tata.

It was a bad night for me as i was looking at my digi bill and notice it went up to rm600+. After checking all

the usage and so on. Is codapay the charge rm190 and rm68. The rest is sms. Ranging fr rm3-rm5. 
will digi refund if you can prove that i did not perform or approve the purchase/subscrition? Or you prefer me to prove that?

almost rm350 gone just like that!!! Why can't digi have a security for all these??

been with digi for more the 30years and this is what i get....... making me sicker  by the days. 

give us security solution not high data or free calls. !!

i want my refund!!!!

Hey all. I have also recently encountered something that I believe to be a scam. 


Basically, I received a call from a private number, which I ignored and immediately after received a text addressing an outstanding Digi bill of RM181.51.  


It was obviously a scam since I had just paid all my bills and changed to a new plan at my local Digi store. Also, the text included a bank account number to which I should pay bills to.  LOL

Some hacker  use my phone number to purchase from Coda market,  after checking my bill it has extra  charge of rm237.00..Am i to pay for this transaction ?  Pls check ...It was obviously scam. If this the amount that i needed to pay then i will terminate my service from Digi telco. As i also using celcom telco.

I have received my Feb'20 statement and found that there was RM 150 being charged for Coda Payments. I dont even know what is that. Please make refund.

You can change the Digi Direct Bill setting in your Google PlayStore to avoid the charges in the PlayStore. Please PM us with your mobile number if you need further assistance. Thank you

I  was terribly shock when i saw my phone bill that I am being charged additional RM100 for this month billing. Then after checking all the usage, I am being told that I am being charged the additional RM 100 for the Codapay. I did not subscribe neither nor purchase anyhting. I understand that this is a SCAM but then again I did not respond neither nor received that message. I want an explannation from DiGi on this matter before i bring it further.

Norsakinah93, jika dalam SMS yang diterima ada dinyatakan alamat email atau nombor telefon untuk dihubungi, boleh call atau email pihak ketiga ini terus ya. Jika tiada, sila PM nombor telefon dan screenshot SMS yang diterima di <sini> untuk semakan lanjut. TQ.

My this month bill extra charged  RM12.15 from the nubmer 33980, 33303 and 32883. I would like to request for refund because I never subscride any from this number.
