Need a guide on how to unsubscribe to an unwanted Value-Added Service? We’ve got you covered! Value-Added Service is a third-party mobile content service that provides information and entertainment services that are delivered to your mobile phone via SMS or MMS. This includes content such as music clips, video clips, online games, news updates, SMS voting/competition and etc.

Log in to your MyDigi App and tap on “Settings” in the menu bar
If you’ve subscribed to Value-Added Service, you’ll be able to see it under “My Subscriptions”. Tap on it.
The Value-Added Service you’ve subscribed to will be shown in full details. If you wish to unsubscribe, toggle the button next to it to do so.
Tap on “Confirm” to successfully unsubscribe to your Value-Added Service.
And that’s it, you’re done! A confirmation screen below will appear to let you know that your unsubscription request has been submitted and a confirmation SMS will be received upon successful cancellation.
To avoid unwanted charges from these third party services, do ensure that you check your SMS inbox and mobile phone bill regularly and carefully to ensure that you have not been charged for services, which you have not subscribed or consumed. Advise your family members (especially children who may use your mobile phone or have their own mobile phones) that the content & services may be chargeable. For more tips, check out our article here
