#DigiUpdate: Planned System Upgrade in December 2019

Dear subscribers, 

 

Please be advised that there will be several dates planned for system upgrades in December. 

The dates are: 3rd 5th 10th and 12th  

From the hours of 0200 - 0300 and 0430 - 0530. 

 

During these windows, some subscribers may experience intermittent services (which includes the following: UMB, MyDigi App, MyDigi Web, Digi Helpline, Bill payment, Prepaid reloads). This upgrade exercise will enable us to improve our services for you.

 

We advise all subscribers to manage your accounts (reload balance, pay bills, purchase internet top-ups, purchase roaming passes) before the stated times. 

 

Once the upgrade is completed, all services should resume as per usual.

Getak93, to assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 5 (or more) working days from the report submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad
