This is to ensure a better user experience for all our subscribers. Services that will be interrupted include any access to MyDigi via the website and app for making bill payments, buying Quota and Internet Top Ups, redeeming MyDigi Rewards, and pre-booking of Roaming Pass.
The maintenance exercise will also affect access to EasyAdd services and Digi Store Online. If you wish to pay your Digi bill, you can use JomPAY, online banking, ATMs or Kiosks at Digi Stores.
