#DigiUpdate: Planned System Maintenance in November 2019

[Update (6:06PM): All services have recovered and resumed as per usual]

Dear Subscribers,

 

Please be advised that Digi Website, MyDigi web and app, and other services are currently unavailable at the moment.

Services that are interrupted include all payment channels via online banking, ATMs and Digi Kiosks; MyDigi; EasyAdd; Digi Store Online; UMB Directory; purchases of Quota Top Ups; and pre-booking of Roaming Pass. Our technical teams are currently working to recover all services as soon as possible.

 

If needed, please use *123# to perform any reload and *126# to check prepaid balance.
