#DigiUpdate: Planned System Maintenance in March 2020

Dear Digi Subscribers,

 

Please be advised that there will be planned system maintenance from  1:00am - 6:00am, 24 March 2020. This maintenance is to ensure that our subscribers have a better user experience.

 

Services that will be interrupted include all payment channels via Online Banking, ATMs and Digi Kiosks, MyDigi, Digi Store Online, UMB directory, purchases of internet top ups and pre-booking of Roaming Passes.

 

If needed, please use *123# to perform any reload and *126# to check prepaid balance.

 

Do remember to reload your account and pay any outstanding bills with your MyDigi app here before the maintenance begins to avoid any interruption to your service.

 

Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support.

12.03.2020 when this maintenance were occur, my service down and my internet going slow i have 4g bar but the internet like seriously slow. please help me its been 24 hrs my internet slow.

Hi Syafiqmatzin. That code is used to redeem the free internet quota via your MyDigi app when requested. It is for new MyDigi app users only.
