#DigiUpdate: MyDigi app and Web Service Unavailable (4th Sept)

Update 4th Sept, 12 pm :  All services have been restored.

Dear Subscribers,

 

The MyDigi App, MyDigi Web and Kiosks are currently inaccessible. While we work to fix these services, you can still perform these tasks:

 

  • Pay your bills via  JomPay

  • Purchase internet add-ons via *128#

  • Reload your prepaid balance via *123#

check out our full  UMB  list for more services (for all actions except quota top-up)

 

We assure you that internet and voice connectivity remains stable.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please watch this space for updates. Thank you for your patience.
