Dear Digi Subscribers,

It has come to our attention that there have been reports of suspicious posts on Facebook, requesting viewers for their personal phone numbers to be rewarded with RM5/month for an iPhone 11 Pro Max + postpaid plan. If you come across similar Facebook posts that look like this, ignore it immediately!

Some of these scams may pop up in  a form of an ad or URL link.

We urge that you disregard of the following scams IMMEDIATELY:

If you click on it, you'll be directed to a page where scammers will ask for personal information. Please DO NOT provide any information to these scammers whatsoever.

We strongly advise that customers do NOT give out any personal details, especially to potential scammers on the internet. If you receive an SMS with a TAC number, ignore it immediately. Digi does not give TAC codes to our customers. Do not give out your phone number or any recieved TAC code on the malicious page. There is a potential that the scammer will use it to make a transaction  and billed to your account.
