warranty iphone 6plus

I have send my phone 6plus to digi center sunway to warranty and they promiss me will change a new iphone to me in 3week ,but now almost 2month already they still din call me to collect my phone ,still how long I need to waiting ?

Do you call DiGi customer service to ask about the status?

I had call the digi service helpline many ,they just say no stock ,need waiting ,no answer ,i also had went to center ask they ,they also just say need waiting digi call

My experience with DiGi. I send my iPhone 6 plus for replacement on 18/6/2015. Today i finally receive call from DiGi centre that my iPhone replacement just arrived and really for collection. before this, i been calling DiGi dun stop. Also chat with Apple few time then report complaint to CFM then only hear good news from DiGi center. i not sure what happen between DiGi and Apple, first time this happen. i also tell them that i expect a lot for Apple brand product.

I'm more long than you , I already send my iphone 6plus to replacement on 07/06/15 , now digi never calling for the collection , I think I should complain to the CFM , where the digi center you send to replacement ? And where CFM I can go to complaint ?

Hi, guys. Here is the late respond from MCMC which I was just received the email at this morning. Actually I already took my phone at last week. So I just share out the reply what I get from MCMC. Currently, MCMC already take action about this matter. Good luck to you all guys. Hope you get your replacement as soon as possible. I'm not the first person who raise this complaint to MCMC. There still have many other iPhone claimer already made complaint to MCMC. So Digi should now take action about your warranty issue, if not you can raise a complaint MCMC. Digi should receive penalty from MCMC in case if Digi is failed to satisfy your warranty request.

Should I make a complaint to Mcmc ? Because I'm waiting almost 3month already ,digi still haven't calling me
