You can go to MyDigi or dial *116*6# and follow the steps to unsubscribe the plan.

Alternatively, you may dial *128# > Internet > My Status > "internet package" > Unsubscribe.

There are options and yes call cs is one of they way. But, if cs helps deactivate internet plan, your account will be charge RM1 as cs charging fee. It is recommended to perform by customer's end since its hassle free such as MyDigi and UMB : *116*6# or *128*3*5# . Tehee

Since we are living in era 'Dunia hujung jari', its much easier and lot of options. Hope this help.
