have a issue that why ur staff keep inform me that my account still got outstanding bill from August but by my payment history i always pay my bill on time but why still got outstanding bill?and ur customer servicing are very poor, felt like very disappointed to Digi by using 10 more years!!!my friend keep telling other channels got a lot of benefits but i still choosing digi although never having benefit from u all but now i very disappointed to digi not recommend to my friends!!!!
