Can someone help me? This is my 7th time request to port out from Digi. I got rejected for the 5th time and they said "all numbers do not belong to principle subscriber or company." I even called Digi helpline and he said they will send 'confirmation message' of porting out by this evening. But later Digi still sent same question whether to port out or not. But then they rejected same as before. I'm confused where is the mistake? Why make it so hard for customer to port out?
