Port Out Unsuccessful

Hi,

 

I'm trying to  port out from digi.

 

But I received sms stated that "Sorry, your request is not successful. Pls contact yr current telco to clarify"

 

Called digi helpline few times but it took long times for the customer service to answer my phone call.

 

Can anyone help to check here? My phone number - 016 637 3403

I also got message states that unsuccesfull..why digi rejected my number to change? Its customer’s right. Pls check my number : 01133455976
