My free digi reward

Dear. I tried to use myfree digi reward to purchase the item in my reward followed your instruction. There are 2 payment method2 given, charge to account or other payment method. There are no instruction to use myfree digi reward.When I select charge my account, it charged my credit not myfree digi credit and in other payment method, the choices are my bank account or my e wallet. So when can I use my free digi reward??? I alwast lost it
