My data isn't working

I have just received 1GB data for free when I installed the mydigi app. I redeemed it and it says that I have successfully activated it. But when I turn on my data, it won't work. Please help!

@caiiiqian, here are a few checklist to get your internet running:

1. turn on mobile data switch

2. prepaid must have credit and not expired. postpaid must not be suspended

3. correct Digi APN settings is used

4. if you're using a dual SIM phone, select the correct SIM slot for internet usage
