I had been using Connect and MyDigi for awhile.
I had only one account, which is a prepaid card number.
Lately, I had purchase a new postpaid number(online using DIGI), & I thinking to add this postpaid number to my Connect & MyDigi account.
I see no option to add another number to my MyDigi account. (Or it doesn't show up)
So how can I do this?
The second problem is my primary (which is a prepaid) account is registered under someone else name(register under my relatives), I see the FAQ said if owner name is different with the biling detail, it won't show up in MyDigi.
Anyway to fix it?
But anyway, I had create another MYDigi & Connect account(using second email) to use the new postpaid account, if someone could help find a solution to merge my two account into one, I'll be glad!
