Hardly receive calls

Hi,

I am using Digi Smart Plan 78 on my Samsung Edge 6. I bought around June. I would like to ask, whenever my friends and family wanted to call me .. it seems they always having a problems to contact me which it direct to voicemail eventhough my phone was not off. My family using Celcom. My friends mostly of them using Digi had same problem each time they tried to reach me especially when I am at home which at Ukay Perdana , Ulu Kelang Ampang. Please solve my problem. Thank you.

Suggest you send your feedback via email.  Personally, I prefer everything to be documented.  I find it quite effective.  At least both side have record of the issue.  Their email is custsvc@digi.com.my
