my phone was down and need to change a new phone, current phone is with Esim. i try calling digi CS tell them that i was stuck in singapore unable go back to malaysia for walk in exchange sim card but they say cant do anything about it.
Due to Covid -19 a lot of people unable to going back to their own country . Sorry to say im not PM not VIP no power to come and go to any country.
so how i suppose to do with my Esim?
please change your policy to meet the currect situation .
customer service suggest me if i cant walk in to digi store for replacement the only thing i can do is change telco so i can get a new sim card .
i feel very disappointed with digi ,
i just need a replacement sim card so i can using my line.
i still have to pay montly bill even unable to use.
