Hi ,EmilySiva, to check the call history, you can log in to our MyDigi account via web (https://connect.telenordigital.com/id/heidetect?action=aborthei) > choose Usage > click on the Itemised Usage > filter the date and submit.

Hi Shanthiya, at the moment, the MyDigi web is currently unavailable until further notice. If you would like to check on the call log history, kindly download your bill via MyDigi app. Log In MyDigi > View My bill > scroll down and download the bill. Thanks!
