Why every purchase using DiGi account is not always successful,while the balance in the account is sufficient.Please update problems can be tedious user.

1)Your purchase on your Digi billing account was declined. Please select a different payment method.

There are certain limitations at the moment to prevent accidental large purchases. Check if your condition is any of these:

 

1) Maximum of RM200 for each transaction

2) Maximum of RM500 total for each calendar month, subject to credit limit or credit balance

3) Maximum of RM50 total for each calendar month for purchases on Google Play Movies & TV, Google Play Books and Google Play Newstand
