Accidently scratch my reload card too rough, I can't see the number.

I accidently scratch my reload card too hard, I can't see the number. I hope someine can help me, it is RM30 reload coupon.

Well.. I bring it go to Digi store today and that person say if I can't see the number then I can't use it, if I can see the number then I can use it... if I can see what for I bring it =.=
