i would like to say thank you for the wonderful service rendered to me and my hub. i've been having this MyDigi issues quiet sometimes and today you manage to solve and going beyond to call my hub to do some procedure of clarification while putting me on hold.
Good job!! i manage to get what i want and be able to view my bill online.
btw, Digi need to improve the IVR which too lenghty and irritated to go through all the messages. pls get your IVR messages simplified.
