Q1. How do I enjoy the extended warranty or win prizes from the contest?
A1. Purchase a Vivo smartphone at Digi Store or Digi Store Express with Digi Postpaid plan (Digi Store Online not applicable) and then go to http://vivo.pt.itmakes.com to register your device IMEI

Q2. What are the offers for the Vivo Extended warranty/contest prizes?

A2. Purchase any Vivo smartphone with Digi Postpaid Plan from Digi Store or Digi Store Express and either be eligible for a 6 months extended warranty for your smartphone or win other attractive contest prizes as advertised on the Vivo website. Each valid Digi bundle purchase (IMEI) is eligible to 1 draw.

Q3. Is the extended warranty/contest prizes applicable to all customers?
A3. No. Customers need to meet the below criteria to participate in this contest:
– Purchased a Vivo smartphone with Digi Postpaid Plan (Digi Postpaid 58/80/90/120/160/190)
(Both device bundle or PhoneFreedom 365 is eligible)
– Register at Vivo web page during campaign period (21 Feb – 31 Mar 2019) on the spot at Digi Store/Digi Store Express

Q4. I purchased a Vivo smartphone (not from Digi Store/Digi Store Express) and sign up to Digi Postpaid plan, am I eligible for this extended warranty/contest?
A4. No. Only customers who have purchased a device bundle with Digi Postpaid Plan (Digi Postpaid 58/80/90/120/160/190) either on device bundle or PhoneFreedom 365 is eligible for the extended warranty/contest prizes.


1. The campaign is open to New registrations, Port-ins, and Existing Digi Postpaid (mobile) customers who have purchased any Vivo phones during the campaign period with Digi Postpaid 58/80/90/120/160/190.

2. Broadband or enterprise customers are not eligible.

3. The customer must register at http://vivo.pt.itmakes.com anytime during the campaign period in order to participate.

4. This campaign period starts on 21 Feb 2019 and ends on 31 March 2019.

5. At all times, Digi reserves the right to vary, modify, delete and/or add to any of these terms. Furthermore, Digi, shall at all times, reserve its rights to vary, cancel, terminate or suspend this offer or any part thereof without any prior notice.
