touch n go e wallet reload problem

hi, today i just reloaded my digi prepaid plan at 2.30 am .. the transaction shown its "successful" .. but till now, i haven't received any massage yet from digi .. almost 6 hours i wait .. please help me solve this problem

Tuan saya TOPUP DIGI menggunakan Touch nGo Sudah 2 kali Tidak berjaya saya mahu penyata bagi No
0149904153 pada tarikh 08/05/2020 pada jam 01:10:20am saya beli Topup RM5 & pada pukul 03:12:51am saya Beli topup RM5 Tetapi tidak Menerima Kredit Topupnya

I was topup my prepaid number from bank but i didn't receive the topup even it take my money from bank. If digi had a problem system, can digi refund my money or give my prepaid immediately.

I already reloaded my prepaid rm 10 using tng e wallet but untill now i do not receive any message yet
