top up wrong number

hi i accidentally topped up the wrong number while recharging through grab, i contacted grab and they said that thye couldn't help me. my number is 60166879488 and i  recharged it for 60166849488. i did contact that person but i don't know if the number is active. could you check for me? is there any possible way for my topup to be refunded?
