i want to port out but i received message 

 

sorry,your request was rejected. CUSTOMER NUMBERS ARE TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED pleas e call 016221100 for help

after that ask other telco service to request againts but now i dint get message Y and N for Port out

Hi matluffy86. Based on record, it was submmitted on 08/01/2021 3:43:56pm. It is still in progress and you shall receive a confirmation SMS within 24 ~ 48 hours from the date and time mentioned.

Haiyo problem betul la, menyusahkan pengguna ni nak tunggu mesej confirmation semula berapa lama pulak.

Hantar balik mesej yang ni. Tengok line "H" tu dah dekat sebulan dah, segan kau tahu time lepak mintak hotspot member macam pengemis walhal aku langgan internet sebulan RM 35. Kau ingat senang ke nak cari RM 35, semalam boleh chill lagi ni aku dah labur sim baru RM 45 tak boleh pakai lagi.😠😠😠

I've tried porting out 2 times for the time span of 2 days now but still failed to do so, i received sms stating that 1 or more phone no did not rep to confirmation but i did replied it with Y

Roland2808, have u resubmit the request one more time? If issue still persist, please PM us ur number and full name to check further on this ya
