my data sim card topup problem

my data sim card no is 01596269727, i just topup RM 25  for data only,

 

transaction no 16122418157873

 

but I  received a sms as below:-

 

Yours  subscription for Boardband Monthly RM 30 has been suspended due to insufficient credit balance, ....

 

How to fix this issue  by only topup RM 5 to make it RM 30 now? 

 

Your website is very poor for user, why let us choice RM 25???

your website are not allow me to select other option neither RM 10 or RM 30.
