limited call duration

dear all,

currently i facing an issues which is i am only able to call 90mins per call. is that anyway to extend it?

Hi, Ollie_. Call limit is defaulted at 90 minutes for all Digi numbers. The limit was set to avoid abuse usage. It also avoids the customer from being charged unnecessary when they accidentally dial the number and the call is ongoing without their knowledge. You can continue to enjoy the free call benefit by calling back the number 😊
