itemised statement

i am a prepaid user, how can i check my  itemised statement by using app and website?

Hi sierra. Option is not available anymore with the new version. For the time being,  all calls / SMS records are only retrievable via your phone logs. Thank you.

Why i cant view the itemised statement? Any reason why Digi have removed it on new OCS?  We need it to send the statement for our work claim. Advice.

why after upgarding, it is just getting worse? how am i going to reimburse my usage ? based on my hand writing and my own record?

Thanks for the feedback given, sierra. Digi is in the process of re-launching MyDigi Web with our new Digital ID that is already implemented on the new MyDigi app.

Ya. why can't i view my itemalised billng for prepaid user. how do i know if i am over-charged by any items?

For the Prepaid itemized usage, kindly log in to MyDigi app and follow these steps, ctt200:
Menu (top, left) > Support > Accounts & Billings > What Issue Are You Facing? - Bill Request.

The itemized details for Prepaid account are not yet available at MyDigi.

Kindly login to MyDigi app and follow these steps to request for the transaction details:
Menu (top, left) > Support > Accounts & Billings > What Issue Are You Facing? - Bill Request.

 

We will attend to your request accordingly. Kindly ignore the RM10.00 fee.
