Hi michaellahm. Please try to follow the below :
For iOS = no configurations are needed. Just turn your Mobile Data to ON.
For Android = Go to Settings >> Network & Internet >> Mobile Network >> Access Point Name. Click on the Menu and choose 'Reset to Default' in order to receive those settings. After that, tick on the Digi Internet and turn your Mobile Data to ON.
