The number was suspended due to lost & stolen report received from your MyDigi account. Could it be that you have wrongly selected this option?
You may reactivate the number using the same steps when you suspended it (menu > settings > my subscription > suspend my line). Kindly connect with WiFi and log in to MyDigi app ya.
