I have problem regarding prepaid reload using TnG e-wallet . Its your system having problem with that or its just me ? Can i check with digi the transaction ? How ?

I have using touch b go e wallet to top up RM50,but fees hour later now also I didn’t get any msg from digi and balance too

Hi Ms_LumLum915. Based on that, please call TnG for assistance as the reload should be coming from them, not Digi. 

 

 We can only check if it was done via your MyDigi app / account or through our website only.
