deduct my prepaid

Hello, i have one question. Why digi deduct my prepaid even i already subscribe the data network? My quota balance still more than 1000MB. This happen yesterday(2 mac 2016) during night. Please reply my message. I really want know it why this kind problem is happen.

Im facing same problem. Also digihelpline cant contact because too many call received. What happened actually?

I've got the problem,it keep deduct my credit everyday..can tell me what the problem? Didnt use anything but the balance keep less.
