I am the owner of this prepaid service subscriber, My balance silently deducted occassionly RM1 , RM2, RM4,
i tracked the DIGI itemize statement. found out it was charged under GAMEINI and RECURRING FEE(MOBILE). Definately didnot turn on mobile network.
Emailed my problem to digi helpdesk, there is no support to assist and look into my problem. over 3 days. It happened again 25/2/2018, my credit deducted another round while NO mobile network switch on.
Anyone encounter such problem, credit gone or charged by digi silently without switch on your mobile network.
What has happened?

I had the same problem but after talking to Digi customer service through live chat, the agent helped me cut off the subscription for whatever it is.

I have same problem.
I have asked this problem to customer service via live chat on 26 Dec 2018,
and the customer service rep said he will unsubscribe these service (actually I didn't subscribe gameini totally), but I am still deducted by gameini as pictures below.
I'll call live chat tomorrow, but I can’t believe they can solve this problem, sadly.

According to the Digi Helpline, this will happen when you watching advertisement while surfing Facebook / YouTube / any social media.
If you click on the ads, it will automatically charge to you.
No matter you are using Wifi to surf the net.
Their advise is to finish the ads or click on the skip button when it appear.

No refund at all. I think there're not enough victims for Digi to spend any resources to either prevent or investigate these cases.
If you ask Digi call centre, their explanation is that you accidentally watched a video or pressed an advert while surfing or using facebook. Which, I can understand 'IF' we as customers were informed of the price of products/services we're paying for before charging us but this is not the case. We do not even know what product or services we were charged for.
I'm no lawyer but I know for sure that customer must first be told the price of product/service and only when the customer agree to pay that price then the merchant can legally charge that customer.
Hope you guys can understand my lousy sentences. Anyone with background in law please kindly clarify.
