Hi fung1241, Usually, the registration process will be done within 24hrs. 
If the purchase was done 24hrs ago, kindly bring the simpack to the same outlet for further clarification on the registration status. You can also bring the original sim pack to any Digi Store to assist with the registration.

Once registered, you can make the first call activation by dialling to any available number and select 1 for line activation.

Hi Feekz. The line is terminated. Prepaid numbers have 75 days or 90 days of grace period after credit expiry, depending on the plan type. Beyond this grace period, the number will be terminated.
