You can make a phone call to activate your SIM card. If your card cannot be activated, your SIM card may not be registered yet by the seller. Please bring the SIM pack to the seller to enquire the status of registration.

@fitri71, if your number has been terminated, we cannot help to retrieve back the same number. If you are current using this number and would like to replace the SIM, the number owner can go to a Digi outlet for SIM replacement

If the purchase was done 24hrs ago, kindly bring the simpack to the same outlet for further clarification on the registration status.
