Hi pasal apa ya bila saya nak active digi prepaid guna Mydigi app dia keluar error "Your line is disabled"

hello, i just purchased a new prepaid sim card, and when trying to activate using the mydigi app it says "your line is disabled".

is it possible to be fixed
