My wife phone keep getting SMS saying that "You have used RM3* on internet"
but my wife did not use Mobile Data and subscribe to any Data package at all.
(I already checked through all internet packages available).
Besides her phone's showing Mobile Data usage as 0 (zero).
P.S.My wife's phone is iPhone 6s Plus. She already turned off "WIFI Assist" feature.

I've made the call to the callcenter. They helped me to block my wife internet.
My wife won't be able to surf the internet using her mobile data anymore
unless she purchase an internet package.
Besides that someone from Digi made a call to my wife today and asked about
this matter. He/She said will help my wife to investigate about this issue.
If it's wrongly charge then they will credit back the money to her credits.

That must be from Pay As You Use (PAYU) charges. Phone will auto connect to internet anytime. But since our helpline has blocked it, there's nothing to worry anymore.

I know. But my wife's phone is showing 0 byte mobile data
which mean it did not use any mobile data at all.
@Kanuki, if you did not subscribe to mobile data, please try to use only 2G/3G mode on your phone. Using 4G network without mobile data, will not give you any advantage and there could be small network packets being transmitted to your device.
