Wrong Name and validity

 Dear Team,

 

Recently when I am speaking with customer care team, I came to know that my number was registed with some other name than my own. 

 

Please guide me how can I correct this. Also let me know how can I extend my validity for next 3/6 months.

@MurthyR, if you have the SIM bracket, you can go to one of our Digi Stores (not dealers) to correct your registration info. You can also PM one of our community support to check on your account and assist you on the procedure: http://community.digi.com.my/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/user?q=support

Extension of validity is performed through reloading. If you have an eligible plan for Super Long Life, you can subscribe to extend validity at a fee. You can perform the subscription using *128# menu. http://community.digi.com.my/t5/Prepaid/Super-Long-Life/ta-p/13004
