There are 2 options that DIGI Should implement on this STUPID issue:-
1. Option to cancel / burn the Lite Package.
2. Move High Speed package as Priority. Or Option to let user to activate which package to take precedence.
After more than 6 month since first post, i am nother victim here.

masalahnye sekarang ni aq dah terbeli 2 internet 1 pass, 1 unlimited lite RM3 satu lagi unlimited internet RM8 tapi internetnye sekarang pakai yg internet RM3 asal x pakai yg internet RM8 slow gile babi

ervanwahyudi, langganan untuk Pass Internet akan terbatal sendiri bila tempoh 24jam tamat ya. Buat masa ini, Ia tidak dapat dibatalkan secara manual :-(
