Unknown subscription

Good day,

I have received this message for some time now.

"RM0. Subscription renewed. No subscription fee. Price: RM5.00/sms. HQ2_36588 sms/monthly. Next renewal 22/01/2016. To cancel, send stop hq2 to 36588."

Everytime I received this message, RM5 deducted from my account. I tried to stop the subcription as shown above but it never worked.

I also received this message of which maybe related with above text.

"[WAP Push] http://http://dl.dropbox.com/u/42340756/68155.3gp"

I hope I can get assisstant regarding this from Digi as soon as possible.

Hi, I also receiving a sms mentioned that I subscribe on something I have no idea about.

 

The sms mentioned: "RM0.00: Successful registration. No subscription fee. Price: RM3.00/sms. 4 sms/week. Renewal on 01/11/2018. To cancel, send stop mvid to 37773".

 

Before I am able to stop the subsription mentioned, the next sms which charged me RM3.00 has been seen to me. 

 

Sms : "RM3.00Smiley Very Happyaily Wallpaper: http://bit.ly/2DjjM69 CS 0327227130"

 

Although I have stop the service now, the sms has charged on my account.

I want to stop it. But it continues.. i send sms stop tourgame but never works

Good evening, just a few minutes ago I received this sms and does anyone know how to cancel it? I tried clicking on the link provided but it wont let me cancel. They even charged me RM4 out of nowhere saying I subscribe to them. Is there any way I can refund my money?

RM 4.00. Successful subscription ErosNowWeekly. Auto renewal on 31/07/2019. Access, http://m.erosnow.com. Cancel, http://tzeros.co/y4H5Gc

I dont even have an account in this webpage 'ErosNow', seriously this has to stop. If theres no way to cancel im going to change my mobile network to others. Digi just suddenly charged me this? Disappointed.

Try to click on the cancel link while using your Digi's mobile internet. If it fails, please PM our support member above for further assistance.
