Hi, I am a DiGi user for 2-3 months. My main quota often gets depleted sooner than expected. In this case, I have subscribed to the 12GB biGBonus 50. Before downloading, I am always mindful of the size of the download, and (often) purchased additional quota before proceeding. However, as of today, my main quota is drastically reduced by almost half (5.18GB). Of course there has been high usage (in the order of GBs) by my Vivo phone, however, please note that I have purchased additional quota as mentioned. Therefore, I believe there a discrepancy on Digi's side in accounting for my quota usage. This is unfair as I will eventually pay for more than what I supposed to be using.
