Unable to port-over using digi website

Good morning. I wish to port over my mother's number from XOX back to Digi. However, I am unable to do so when I select any of the new prepaid plans in the Digi website. It would ask me if I wish to perform an 'add-on' and enter a mobile number. I would like to retain the same number 0165451021. Please advise.
