Unable to Reload using MyDigi App

Hi,

 

Greetings !

 

I was failed to reload using the Digi app after I picked an amount and inserted my email.  The app was redirecting me to this page instead of payment gateway. I was facing no problem on reloading previously, but this happened few days ago. Tried to reinstall, restarting phone, clear cache and etc. And unfortunately it doesnt fix this. Anyone know how can I fix this issue ? or anyone else are facing the same problem like me ? Any advice I am really appriciate in advanced.
