Recently i received sms from 22220 and it deducted my credit. i do not know what it is for and IM NOT SUBSCRIBE/NEVER REQUEST/NEVER PURCHASE any plan/package/service with it.
Digi, please do something, please stop this annoying SMS and RETURN MY CREDIT.
05.11.2016 - Received SMS from 22220; Deducted RM5 - Purchase of Mobile Web Games; http://dg2/momoko.co
05.12.2016 - Received SMS from 22220; No deduction due to i keep credit below RM5 - Asking for renewal of that package, i guess; http://dg2.momoko.co/renewal.php.
18.12.2016 - Received SMS from 22220; Informed that they try to renew, but failed.10.01.2017 - Received SMS from 22220; Deducted RM1 - Unknown subscription; http://126.96.36.199/mpp.php?c=NDgyMTU5Mw==
10.01.2017 - I replied to 22220 - STOP ALL
12.01.2017 - Received SMS from 22220: Deducted RM1 - Unknown subscription; http://188.8.131.52/mpp.php?c=NdgyMTc5NA==
Please take action IMMEDIATELY and RETURN MY CREDIT.

@nurul111, reply STOP ALL to the SMS first, to stop further charges. Then call our helpline to explain your info, so that our customer service can investigate the charges.

The service from 33391 has been successfully deactivated. You will receive the SMS notification in a short while. SMS from numbers starting with 3xxxx is not from Digi. If the service is not something you need or request, you may send one SMS with the word STOP ALL and send it to 3xxxx to cancel the application to avoid further charges.
