UNKNOWN CHARGES AND DEDUCTED MY CREDIT

Dear Digi,

 

Recently i received sms from 22220 and it deducted my credit. i do not know what it is for and IM NOT SUBSCRIBE/NEVER REQUEST/NEVER PURCHASE any plan/package/service with it.

 

Digi, please do something, please stop this annoying SMS and RETURN MY CREDIT.

 

Chronology:

 

05.11.2016 - Received SMS from 22220; Deducted RM5 - Purchase of Mobile Web Games; http://dg2/momoko.co

05.12.2016 - Received SMS from 22220; No deduction due to i keep credit below RM5 - Asking for renewal of that package, i guess; http://dg2.momoko.co/renewal.php.

18.12.2016 - Received SMS from 22220; Informed that they try to renew, but failed.10.01.2017 - Received SMS from 22220; Deducted RM1 - Unknown subscription; http://116.0.122.10/mpp.php?c=NDgyMTU5Mw==

10.01.2017 - I replied to 22220 - STOP ALL

12.01.2017 - Received SMS from 22220: Deducted RM1 - Unknown subscription; http://116.0.122.10/mpp.php?c=NdgyMTc5NA==

 

Please take action IMMEDIATELY and RETURN MY CREDIT.

@nurul111, reply STOP ALL to the SMS first, to stop further charges.  Then call our helpline to  explain your info, so that our customer service can investigate the charges.

Hi , i want to complaint regarding the UNKNOWN CHARGES AND DEDUCTED by 22220 from MY CREDIT since NOv ... I want Digi to refund back all the credit back to me because I've never subscribe to anything beside than monthly internet plan. I have sent STOP ALL message to 22220 but i still keep receiving the same message and my credit have been deducted . Is this a new type of scam ? Please respond soon .

Omg, I got the same ridiculous subscription from the same number since last week, couldn't find any solution, sent STOP ALL to the same number but it didn't work

Dear Digi,

1.My credit were also deducted but mine, is from this number, 20000.

2. Below is the massage i received,

RM4(Excl. GST). Ur subscription is renewed.Next renewal will be 07/08/17. To cancel, send STOP TOURGAME to 20000 or Helpline: 03-22768999

3.Can you guys stop this scam, because it deducted RM 4 from my credit. And probably many others were caught with this problem.

4. And with all your kindness, sir/madam please refund my credit, I believe it is important for the credibility of Digi company intact.

Hopefully you can figure out this problem and help all your customers in relation to this kind of situation.

Hi.

My credit was suddenly deducted without any form of acknowledgement via sms/email/whatsapp between 2-3rd week of october 2017. Ive been topup my credit since then for 3 times. Local calls were made 2-3 times less than 3 minutes within that period. Was someone stealing my credit? Should I stop using DIGI?

Please rectify this issue and return my credit.

Hi anllume,

 

The service from 33391 has been successfully deactivated. You will receive the SMS notification in a short while. SMS from numbers starting with 3xxxx is not from Digi. If the service is not something you need or request, you may send one SMS with the word STOP ALL and send it to 3xxxx to cancel the application to avoid further charges. You have to be careful whenever you access the internet or third-party application. Do not click any promo or advertisement that pop-up on your device or you will be charged for the subscription.
